We cannot accommodate children under five years old. The reductions given for children aged between 5-16 years are when they are sharing room with two full paying adults..... 1/2 adult price.
We do not have single rooms, but depending on availability, we can offer a single occupancy in a double room.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required. Full settlement is requested upon arrival. NO reductions are given for early departures!
In the event of a cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date the management reserve the right to charge the quoted tariff.
We advise all our guests to consider the benefit of cancellation insurance.
We are sorry but we can no longer accept pets in the house.
